here it is the little proof....
and what i did: i used a nice toner!! ;-)
Jealous????? i can understand it hahahaah, , i was jealous too at all those girls with platinum hair, now i am one of them! YEY
More info tomorrow....
Big kiss!!
EDIT PART.
So here i am again to explain what i did on this step 2 of 3 to get the perfect platinum blond.. actually i am even considering to do not do step 3, at least not in the next 3-4 weeks as with step 1 and 2 i already achieved the colour i really wanted and the step 3 would be only to give more light and uniformity all over the locks but actually i am very satisfied after step 2 and maybe step 3 would just cause some unnecessary damage to my hair, as i have to use a semi-permanent creme in beige pearl blond colour but only 10 minutes using Volume 10. Anyway i will see how my hair looks in a few weeks, if it stays nice and platinum like now, i will drop the 3rd step and leave it. If i see that looses shine and its not that pretty anymore, then i will def. give a shot to step 3.
So, after the step 1 (bleaching), what i did in step 2 is to use a TONER. It is super important that first you reach a VERY light blond with the bleaching, otherwise the toner will turn your hair only dirty-blond.
I used Wella Color Charm White Lady. It is WONDERFUL. It will turn some parts a little bit gray but NO WORRIES, i got rid of it only by the first wash the day after (dont wash immediatly the same day drove by panick, let it rest) and i also used John Frieda Sheer Blonde to make sure the gray was really gone, and it works!). Also can turn a little bit purple or blue... as i said NOT BIG DEAL, it will vanish with the first or second wash, dont panick. You will see your hair really light, almost white and no yellow and orange, that feels GREAT!!! haahaha.
I guess you are wondering - as i wondered sometimes too - why hairdressers always use bleach and you never got told by a hairdresser about the possibility of using those toners (which are less agressive than re-bleaching)? I dont know the answer by any hairdressers mouth but i think i can guess it and i might be right:
Using toners you never know what it is really gonna happen, it depends on your hair, your pigment, the iron on your hair, the time of exposure, and at the end it is pretty normal that some purple, gray or blue appears ( which as i said, it goes away). And i guess it is not nice to get an unperfect result by a hairdresser, because im sure everybody would freak out if they have to pay and walk out the salon with some gray tones on their hair. So i think it is too risky for a hairdresser to use those products and say: no worries when you wash it then it will be the colour you want. Hmmmmm.... then your hair wont be a good billboard for that Salon. If i enter a salon that all the blondies i see get their hair with purple tones, i definetly would RUN AWAY!!!
I really hope it works for you as good as it did to me. Remember that every hair is different, so dont get mad at me if you dont get the result that i got, i try to help but as i said in an earlier blog.. you gotta find out on your own what works best for you, and this is just some tips of what worked for me and you can use as guide, but under your responsability ;-)
ALL THE BEST,
Platinum Kisses
