I have been always a person who liked to have her own personal style and i really do have it, and i always got VERY PISSED off when girl friends around me where taking every single thing i wore or every single thing i did and made them also THEIRS.... as we say in spain: it kicks my liber badly!! (liber is the organ refered to the emotion of ANGER.. so yeah.. makes me damn angry!!)...
Even makes it worse when they pretend they always liked those things and always wanted them--- and ITS NOT TRUE!!!(like wearing HIGH heels, all of a sudden they love it when they never had a pair of them... yeaaahh.. RIGHT! she was born a high heel lover, ahahahahahahaha.. pathetic! or just having one eye shadow colour and claiming they love make up, and then all of a sudden they buy compulsively make up to have a big collection like yours, haahaha... really? come on! give me a break!!!)
Also please, the most important to look good is to be honest with yourself, look at your body constitution, at your type of life, at your tastes and at your age and dont wanna be a young girl, when you arent!!! You can look damn good if you find your style according with your personality, tastes, body and age. If you arent a rock and roll person, please, dont try to wear studded stuff, vinyil pants and backcombed hair just because looks damn good in someone else! look at WHO YOU ARE first! otherwise you will be just a joke!
Oh another important note to add... what makes my liber scream is when these people go and show off to other circle of friends like it was their own style and even dare to give tips to the others feeding this way their ego.... sad they can fool themselves like this, when in real they arent able to make match a a blouse with a pair of trouserson on their own. haahaha!
I totally undesrtand you search for INSPIRATION... but that has nothing to do with COPYING.
What i mean with that is FIND YOUR style, be yourself.... maybe look on Blogs, TV, celebrities according to your type of person, or google... but don't focus on one person - thats a good advice - specially if that person is a friend, because all you are gonna get is that person stop liking you because you lack of own personality.... and if that person has a very unique style.... you definetly are crossing a dangerous line!!!
Better be yourself than a cheap copy of someone else....
Find inspiration but modelate what you find to your own taste...
NEVER COPY because people will notice is not YOU and makes you look even worse... honestly!
Ive been told sometimes: "how pathetic, now she is doing what you do...." So, the others really noticed...
For example, you have an idea, you have a desire, its natural you find in someone HOW TO DO IT..but the idea and the desire comes from your inner taste.... so of course, for example.. i always wanted PINK HAIR. but didnt want to dye it permanently... so i found on TV Color Bug.... it was not that i saw a girl with pink, and then i wanted it too, and then i copied her... the desire was IN ME.... the way to do it.. i got it from TV... so thats inspiration or finding the way to make your wishes true!!
Sorry for the long sermon... hahahahah.... but sometimes feels good to express the anger storaged in my Liber.... and i think i might piss off some people, but if you really really see my point, you will thank me that i gave you a good advice to look like only YOURSELF :-) and that makes you a special person.

PS: i am not vain, i am honest, and i know what i am talking about.. its not bullshit ;-) i know a lot of friends of mine agree with me.
And to all of those Sympathizers who wrote me being in a situation like mine having an annoying irritating person like that around... and specially when u tell your boyfriend he says "nah, its coincidence", make the "final test" and you will have no doubt: go shopping with the person, and show her (normally is not a him) an ugly thing and tell her is wonderful.. she will buy it!!! I TELL YOU!!!! ;-))))) bad person... well... no! simply FED UP, right???
